The Villa

Newly refurbished in 2008 this five bedroom luxury villa is ideally suited for a family holiday. The interior is furnished to a extremely high standard and has facilities to suit all the family, including: Fully air conditioned, heated screened pool, games room, cable TV in most rooms, including a 37 " HD in the great room, free wireless internet & Free phone calls throughout the USA.

Great Room

This is the largest of the living areas with a large sofa, 2 singles chairs, occasional furniture and a
37" Flat screen HD cable television and DVD Player

Bedroom 1, 2 & 3

There are two master suites with queen sized beds, cable TV and en-suite bathrooms
which contain a bath, vanity unit, shower and toilet

Bedrooms 4 & 5

There are two further bedrooms each having twin beds. Each room has a nightstand, chest of drawers, reading lamp, walk-in wardrobes (with plenty of space) cable TV and PS2.

The third bathroom has a bath, twin vanity unit, shower and toilet

2nd Lounge (Den)

This room contains two sofas (one sofa bed), occasional furniture and a cable TV and DVD player and free wireless internet

The Pool

The large swimming pool is covered by a fully enclosed screen and security fence to protect the children. It has patio furniture, sun lounges and a extended sundeck area which is ideal for breakfasts, evening meals or just simply relaxing, whilst enjoying a long cool drink!,
The pool has an optional electric heater for those slightly cooler winter months

The Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and an oven with hob. The Kitchen also contains all the accessories that you should need: - Cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, liquidiser, kettle and toaster.

Dining Area

Here you will find a large solid oak dining table with six chairs, with ample space for larger family dining. There is also a breakfast bar with stools close to the kitchen.

The Games Room

This includes : - Table tennis, pool table and air hockey

There is a telephone in the villa - all calls throughout the USA are free. Wireless internet is also provided free of charge

The laundry room has a top loading washing machine, matching tumble dryer an iron and ironing board

The Villa also has a cot, high chair, strollers, spare bedding, hairdryers, gas BBQ and other sundry items

We have an on-site management company who will attend to any problems should they arise.
