I agree to pay for any damages to the above rental property during our vacation at the above Villa. The amount due will be by mutual agreement and I will pay the agreed total amount according to the terms of the card issuer agreement.  I understand that attempting to defraud any rental property as defined under Florida Statute 509 with a Hotel/Motel License is a criminal offence.  Obtaining or attempting to obtain lodging without paying will result in criminal charges being filed with the State Attorney’s Office, and appropriate action being taken by the FDLE.

*If paying by credit card, a photo copy of the front and back of the card

and your driver’s license or passport is required.

A 3% admin fee on all domestic credit card transactions will be added.  The fee for international cards is 5%.
